Food philosophy

At Lilac 42 we embrace the principles of mindful eating and allowing you to take accountability and responsibility for the choices you make and feel positive about the impact that nourishment has on your mind, body and spirit. We strive to use locally sourced ingredients and all our meals are freshly prepared with nourishment at the forefront of our recipes. We offer a pescatarian menu but can cater for vegan and vegetarian on request, and many of our meals follow a plant based theme.
